Print Ship Now protects the privacy of our customers and does NOT release or use information for any other reason except of which it was intended. We require and use only information needed to process your order. Print Ship Now uses the required information for the sole purpose of processing your order or contacting you if necessary to complete your order. We do provide the option of receiving special promotions and offers from Print Ship Now via e-mail when you are setting up your account with us. You may at any time cancel this service by sending an e-mail to sales@printshipnow.com.
Order Changes, Cancellations or Refunds
Order Changes or Cancellations may be made prior to production of your order with written authorization from Print Ship Now. Print Ship Now will make very effort to accommodate your request prior to production with time permitting. Contact sales@printshipnow.com with your request as soon as possible. If production as begun, unfortunately, Print Ship Now cannot stop or change the order. All custom orders, Print Ship Now CANNOT refund any order that has been personalized or designed to fit your custom needs. Stock items may be returned unopened with a 15% restocking fee within 14 (fourteen) working days from time of purchase. To return any stock item a written RMA number must be assigned to package. To obtain the RMA number contact sales@printshipnow.com with your order number and one will be issued.
Shipping Policy
Print Ship Now will make every effort to ship your order in a timely fashion. Orders received for stock items before 2:00 pm CST will ship same day and orders received after 2:00 pm CST will ship the following business day. Custom items will ship within 5 to 7 business days from day order was placed. ALL orders are shipped FOB Print Ship Now, Lubbock, Texas by Fed Ex Ground, Fed Ex Express, or Fed Ex Freight. The risk of loss and title of all purchases will pass to the customer upon Fed Ex accepting delivery of your order. Any damage must be reported to Fed Ex Ground, Fed Ex Express, or Fed Ex Freight and claims must be handled by customer through Carrier at time of delivery. All claims for damage or loss of shipment MUST be handled by customer directly with Fed Ex Ground, Fed Ex Express, or Fed Ex Freight.
